Sycamore Reserve Senior Living is is a full-service senior living community, Conveniently located on the north side of Indianapolis near Fishers and Community Hospital North. We are currently seeking part-time servers to join our team at Sycamore Reserve Senior Living community. As a server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our residents during meal times.
Duties and responsibilities:- Greeting residents and assisting them to their tables- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently- Serving meals and beverages in a timely manner- Clearing tables and resetting them for the next meal- Ensuring a clean and orderly dining area- Communicating any resident feedback or concerns to management- Following all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications:- Previous experience in a food service or customer service role preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team environment- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds- Willingness to undergo a background check.
