Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Operations : Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations in a fast-casual, team-oriented environment.
• Hands-On Management : Be an active presence on the floor, ensuring smooth service and providing guidance to staff during all shifts.
• Guest Experience : Uphold high standards of hospitality, addressing guest needs and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Staff Development : Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional performance and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Catering Support : Manage and grow the catering side of the business by coordinating orders, ensuring high-quality execution, and meeting client needs.
• Operational Excellence : Monitor inventory, scheduling, and budgets to maintain efficiency, profitability, and overall success.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in the restaurant industry, ideally in a fast-casual or scratch-kitchen setting.
• Strong hands-on approach to team management and guest service.
• Experience in catering or event coordination is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and team-building.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, but with no late nights required .
