POSITION OVERVIEW
Under the general supervision of the Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager, the Training Coordinator is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, job specific, and other training is scheduled, delivered, and tracked. The Training Coordinator will be expected to work cross-functionally to maintain Training reporting systems and databases. This role is designed to assist in the development of sustainable training systems to eliminate losses as part of the High-Performance Organization and Total Productive Maintenance framework.
